核潛艇長(zhǎng)航對(duì)艇員外周血粒細(xì)胞系的影響

摘要： 目的研究核潛艇長(zhǎng)航對(duì)艇員外周血粒細(xì)胞系產(chǎn)生的影響,并分析產(chǎn)生影響的可能原因。方法觀察核潛艇艇員長(zhǎng)航前后白細(xì)胞總數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞絕對(duì)值和相對(duì)值的改變、中性粒細(xì)胞形態(tài)學(xué)變化和中性粒細(xì)胞堿性磷酸酶活性的改變。結(jié)果與航行前相比,核潛艇艇員長(zhǎng)航后,白細(xì)胞總數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞絕對(duì)值和相對(duì)值均明顯下降(P<0.05)。中性粒細(xì)胞體積增大,出現(xiàn)中毒性改變。中性粒細(xì)胞堿性磷酸酶活性明顯下降(P<0.05)。結(jié)論核潛艇長(zhǎng)航可導(dǎo)致艇員白細(xì)胞總數(shù)、粒細(xì)胞絕對(duì)值和相對(duì)值均明顯下降,粒細(xì)胞體積增大,出現(xiàn)中毒性改變,中性粒細(xì)胞堿性磷酸酶活性明顯下降。但導(dǎo)致這些變化的原因較復(fù)雜,還有待探討。
Objective To study influence of long term voyage on the granulocyte of peripheral blood of persons worked in nuclear-powered submarine.Methods The total of WBC,the absolute and relative value of neutrophil cell,the changes of morphology in neutrophil cell and the changes of neutrophil cell alkaline phosphotase activity of submariners were observed.Results After long term voyage the total of WBC,the absolute and relative value of neutrophil cell submariners were lower than before(P<0.05);the neutrophil cell was bigger than before and there were obvious toxic changes in neutrophil cell;the activity of neutrophil cell alkaline phosphotase was lower than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Long term voyage can influence on the granulocytes of submariners,which can lead to lower count results of WBC,lower absolute and relative value of neutrophil cell and lower activity of neutrophil cell alkaline phosphotase.And it can also lead to bigger neutrophil cell and obvious toxic changes of submariners.The reasons causing these changes could be complicated,which is needed to further study.
