遠程醫(yī)療會診車的管理與實踐

摘要： 通過遠程醫(yī)療會診車的管理實踐。從人員組織、設(shè)備管理、演練培訓(xùn)等三個方面進行有效管理,建立了管理、應(yīng)用、服務(wù)為一體的車載保障管理體系,出色地完成了醫(yī)院野戰(zhàn)衛(wèi)勤訓(xùn)練保障任務(wù),有效地提高了醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)急衛(wèi)勤保障的能力。
Through the management practice of teleconsultation vehicle, we carried out the effective management with aspects of staff organization, equipment management and drill training, established vehicle security management system integrated with management, application and service, achieved hospital field security mission for health service drilling, and enhanced the ability of emergency health service security of the medical staff with effect.
