軍隊醫(yī)院綜合績效評價系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)及應(yīng)用

摘要： 依據(jù)軍區(qū)制定的評價實施辦法和評價指標(biāo)體系,以"軍字一號"數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運用數(shù)學(xué)建模方法,研制開發(fā)了軍隊醫(yī)院綜合績效評價系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)已在南京軍區(qū)衛(wèi)生機(jī)關(guān)和各醫(yī)院中推廣使用,并取得了良好的效果,為軍區(qū)的績效考評工作提供了有力的支持。
By analyzing for evaluation methods and evaluation index system,we have studied the general performance evaluation system for military hospital which is based on military His data and use mathematic modeling methods. Results This system has been applied widely in military medical department of Nanjing and majority of hospitals,and It has gained a good effect.The system has offered powerful support for evaluation work of military medical department.
