構(gòu)建軍人電子健康檔案平臺的關(guān)鍵信息技術(shù)

摘要： 軍人電子健康檔案平臺是我軍提高為兵服務(wù)質(zhì)量,完善衛(wèi)勤保障信息化體系的又一重大數(shù)字工程,而信息技術(shù)是建設(shè)平臺的基礎(chǔ)和難點,依據(jù)已實施的軍人電子健康檔案平臺,對其中的關(guān)鍵信息技術(shù)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和分析。
Military electronic health records platform is a major digital project to improve quality of service for the soldiers and improve the medical security information system.Information technology is the foundation and for the construction of plattonn.Based on the implemented military electronic health records platform,the key information technologies are summarized and analyzed.
