南京軍區(qū)“醫(yī)云工程”建設(shè)實(shí)施方法與策略

摘要: 目的:通過推行"醫(yī)云工程",解決軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)中資源利用率、日常運(yùn)維管理、安全防護(hù)等方面存在的問題。方法:運(yùn)用云計(jì)算技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化醫(yī)院信息基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)各類資源的虛擬化,對(duì)每類資源池動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整和按需分配,建立統(tǒng)一的日常運(yùn)維和安全防護(hù)管理平臺(tái)。結(jié)果:通過云計(jì)算技術(shù)的應(yīng)用增強(qiáng)醫(yī)院信息化基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)集成能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)了醫(yī)院軟件、硬件和信息安全的協(xié)同發(fā)展。結(jié)論:"醫(yī)云工程"建設(shè)以云計(jì)算技術(shù)為支撐,堅(jiān)持頂層設(shè)計(jì),突出技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,能夠有效提升軍隊(duì)數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)水平,提高并優(yōu)化醫(yī)療信息保障服務(wù)能力。 Objective:Through the implementation of Medical Cloud Project,solve resource utiUzation,daily operation and management,safety protection and other problems in information construction of military hospitals.Method:Cloud computing technology is used to realize virtualization of all kinds of resources on the digital hospital information basic platform,dynamically adjust and distribute each type of resource pool according to the needs,and establish a unified daily operation and safety protection management platform.Results:Through the application of cloud computing technology,the information infrastructure integration capabilities of hospitals are improved,and collaborative development of software,hardware and information security of hospital is realized.Conclusion:Supported by cloud computing technology,construction of Medical Cloud Project adheres to the top—level design and highlights technical innovation.It can effectively enhance the level of digital hospital construction of military,and improve and optimize the medical information security service abilities.
