物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術對國民經(jīng)濟核算發(fā)展的影響

摘要： 物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術將深刻改變國民經(jīng)濟核算記錄流量和存量的方式。本文基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展趨勢,從生產(chǎn)范圍變化、核算單位劃分、常住性原則、記賬方式、非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟核算、衛(wèi)星賬戶核算等方面研究了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展對國民經(jīng)濟核算體系的綜合影響。研究認為,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的國民經(jīng)濟核算在理論框架、提供方式、制度環(huán)境和應用領域等方面都會發(fā)生較大的變化,而應對這些變化將成為大數(shù)據(jù)時代官方統(tǒng)計的基本使命。
IOT technology will profoundly change the way of recording flows and stocks in National Accounts. On the background of developing trend of IOT,the author discussed synthesized impacts of development of IOT on SNA from different perspectives such as changes in production scope,classification of accounting units,residency principle,accounting methods,informal economic accounting,Satellite Accounts,etc. Studies show that SNA in IOT age will be changed greatly in theoretical framework,present patterns,institutional environment and application fields,etc. As a principle mission in the big data age,official statistical agencies must find appropriate strategies to cope with these changes.
