創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊成員相同價值觀會帶來績效提高嗎?——股權(quán)配置公平的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)

摘要: 價值觀是個體對事物的道德評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不同價值觀決定了差異化的行為選擇。從價值觀結(jié)構(gòu)視角出發(fā),探討了創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊成員不同類型價值觀一致性對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的作用機(jī)理及股權(quán)配置公平對兩者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。采用層級回歸方法對175個創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊樣本進(jìn)行實證研究,結(jié)果顯示:創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊成員的自我超越價值觀一致性、開放價值觀一致性正向影響創(chuàng)業(yè)績效;自我提高價值觀一致性、保守價值觀一致性不利于創(chuàng)業(yè)績效提升;股權(quán)配置公平對自我超越價值觀一致性、開放價值觀一致性與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系具有正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,弱化自我提高價值觀一致性與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的負(fù)向關(guān)系,但對保守價值觀一致性與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效關(guān)系的負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用并不顯著。 Values is the moral evaluation standard of an individual.Different types of value guide differentiated behavior choices.This study explores the internal operating mechanism between entrepreneurial team members multi-dimensions value consistency and entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of equity allocation fairness.The empirical study of 175 entrepreneurial teams indicates that entrepreneurial team member'sself-transcendence valueconsistency and openness value consistency have positive role in promoting entrepreneurial team's performance.But self-enhancementvalue consistency and conservative value consistency have negative influence on it.The fairness allocation of ownership will enhance the relationship between self-transcendence valueand openness value consistency and entrepreneurial performance,while will weaken the relationship between self-enhancementvalues consistency and entrepreneurial performance.
