謙遜型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究述評與展望

摘要: 謙遜型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)(humble leadership)作為一種新興的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式,強調(diào)坦承自己的缺點和不足、欣賞他人的優(yōu)點和貢獻、虛心學習。本文主要從謙遜型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的起源與概念、結(jié)構(gòu)維度與測量、與其他類型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系、相關(guān)實證研究等方面,對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻進行了較為系統(tǒng)的梳理和述評。本文認為,基于現(xiàn)有研究之上,未來研究應(yīng)繼續(xù)完善謙遜型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的概念與測量、拓展其研究層次與方法、進行跨文化和本土化研究、借鑒其與其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論的比較研究視角,以推動謙遜型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論的進一步發(fā)展。
Humble leadership, a new leadership style, emphasizes admitting mistakes and limitations, appreciating others' strengths and contributions, and modeling teachability. Based on the humble leadership literatures both at home and abroad,this article reviewed its origin and conceptions, dimensions and measurements, similarities and differences with others types of leadership, and the related empirical researches. By identifying several limitations on humble leadership, future research should focus on the improvement of its conceptions and measurements, the expansion of the research levels and methods, cross-cultural and indigenous research, and comparative studies with other leadership theories.
