成為優(yōu)等生:高職院校優(yōu)等生自我認(rèn)同建構(gòu)的個案研究

摘要: 高職院校處于高等教育體系的"下層",高職學(xué)生向上流動的機會有限,因此學(xué)生中流行著"自我放棄"的文化,但高職院校中仍有優(yōu)等生維持著強大的自我成就的動力。本研究以一所高職院校為田野調(diào)查點,以其中成績優(yōu)異的學(xué)生為極端個案,以卡斯皮肯的自我認(rèn)同分析框架為基礎(chǔ),探究在"差生"占比大的校園文化氛圍中,優(yōu)等生自我認(rèn)同建構(gòu)的邏輯。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高職院校優(yōu)等生在充滿矛盾的情境中,通過與現(xiàn)實處境相抗?fàn)帢?gòu)造現(xiàn)實自我,通過重新賦予自我以意義建立行動自我,通過投射對象展現(xiàn)理想自我,努力維系自我的同一性,將自我建構(gòu)為一種有尊嚴(yán)的存在。個別高職生通過努力有所成就,成為標(biāo)定自我的最顯著特征,從而塑造了不一樣的高職生形象,努力實現(xiàn)"以逃離求新生"。 The higher vocational colleges are regarded as the "the lowest level"of education of the overall higher education system. Despite higher vocational students are prone to "self abandonment"culture due to their limited access to the upward social scheme,there are still well-performed students who are eager to pursue higher achievements. Basing on Carspecken 's analysis framework,this paper chose one higher vocational school as field site and explored the self identity of the well-performed students a school where most students are poorly performed. It is found that in a situation full of contradictions,well-performed students in higher vocational colleges construct their self identity by fighting with the realistic situation and struggling to construct their dignity. A limited number of higher vocational students have attained some achievements through efforts and reshaped their different images of higher vocational students.
