面向教育現(xiàn)代化2035職業(yè)院?!半p師型”教師隊伍建設機制與路徑

摘要: 推進"雙師型"教師隊伍建設是我國職業(yè)教育實現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展、走向教育現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)在要求。在《中國教育現(xiàn)代化2035》正式部署教育現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展任務的背景下,全面加強"雙師型"教師隊伍建設已經(jīng)成為職業(yè)院校一項重大而緊迫的工作。教育現(xiàn)代化2035對"雙師型"教師隊伍建設提出了新要求,我們必須在正確認識、深刻理解教育現(xiàn)代化2035與"雙師型"教師隊伍建設關系的基礎上,從完善認定標準、健全保障和激勵機制、打造校企協(xié)同培養(yǎng)機制三個方面發(fā)力,同時做好教師協(xié)同培養(yǎng)平臺搭建、教師在職培養(yǎng)、人才引進等各項工作,確?!吨袊逃F(xiàn)代化2035》中"建設高素質(zhì)、專業(yè)化、創(chuàng)新型教師隊伍"的目標順利實現(xiàn)。
Advancing the construction of "Double-qualified Teachers" is an inherent requirement of realizing the connotative development and the modernization of vocational education in China. Under the background of the official deployment of "China Education Modernization 2035", comprehensively strengthening the construction of the teacher team of "Double-qualified Teachers" has become a major and urgent task for vocational colleges. "Education Modernization 2035" puts forward new requirements for the construction of the teacher team of "Double-qualified Teachers". On the basis of correct and deep understanding of the relationship between "Education Modernization 2035" and the construction of the teacher team of "Double-qualified Teachers", we must make efforts from three aspects: improving the identification standard, improving the guarantee and incentive mechanism, and building the school-enterprise cooperative training mechanism. At the same time, we should do well in the construction of the teachers' cooperative training platform, on-the-job teacher training and talent introduction, so as to ensure the smooth realization of the goal of building a team of high-quality, professional and innovative teachers in "China Education Modernization 2035".
