國民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算思想在近代中國的傳播——基于“國富”學(xué)說的考察

摘要： 國民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算數(shù)據(jù)是理論研究中解釋社會經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象的基本工具,也是改進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的重要依據(jù)。17世紀(jì)末以后,隨著以數(shù)據(jù)分析社會經(jīng)濟(jì)問題研究方式的推廣應(yīng)用,國民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算思想陸續(xù)衍生出了反映社會經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況的系列指標(biāo),"國富"便是其中之一。19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初,"國富"學(xué)說在中國傳播后受到學(xué)界和業(yè)界的共同關(guān)注。20世紀(jì)二三十年代,大量關(guān)于"國富"的中文文獻(xiàn)面世,其內(nèi)容主要是介紹"國富"學(xué)說的內(nèi)涵及價(jià)值、估算方法及統(tǒng)計(jì)項(xiàng)目等。"國富"學(xué)說的傳播不僅推動(dòng)了社會經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)在中國的發(fā)展,還使得中國學(xué)者對西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)說有了更為深入的理解。
Economic data is a basic tool to explain economic phenomena in theoretical research, and also an important basis for improving economic policies. After the 17 th century, with the application of data analysis in the study of economic problems, a series of indicators reflecting the economic situation had been derived from the theory of national economic accounting, the theory of national wealth among them. The theory of national wealth had attracted the common attention after its dissemination in China at the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century. A large number of Chinese literatures about the theory of national wealth had been published, which mainly introduced the connotation national wealth theory, its estimation methods and statistical items in the 1920 s and 1930 s. The dissemination of national wealth theory not only promoted the application of statistical methods in China, but also makes Chinese scholars a deeper understanding of economic theory.
