閩臺服務業(yè)企業(yè)合作模式研究——基于廈漳兩市臺資、閩資企業(yè)的調(diào)研

摘要： 本文針對廈門、漳州兩地11家企業(yè)的一手調(diào)研資料,嘗試歸納、總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段閩臺服務業(yè)企業(yè)間的主要合作模式,并就不同類型模式進行成因及利弊分析,在此基礎上進一步探討閩臺服務業(yè)企業(yè)合作模式完善、升級的方向及路徑。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前閩臺服務業(yè)企業(yè)合作主要呈現(xiàn)股權(quán)合作、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈配合、共同研發(fā)或委托閩企獨立研發(fā)、連鎖加盟等四種類型模式,合作的緊密程度已較早期的"飛地模式"高。閩臺服務業(yè)企業(yè)合作亟待建立深度有效的"股權(quán)合作"模式、精準引進臺灣服務業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)人才,并朝向"共創(chuàng)品牌""共辟世界市場"等高端模式演進、升級。
Based on the survey data of the eleven enterprises in Xiamen and Zhangzhou, this paper attempts to sum up the main cooperation modes of the service enterprises at current stage between Fujian and Taiwan, and at the same time, analyzes the causes, advantages and disadvantages of different type of modes. And on this basis, it further discusses the direction and path of the improvement and upgrading of their cooperation modes. The findings show that there have four kinds of modes in their present cooperation including equity cooperation, cooperation in industrial chain, joint research and development or the independent research and development entrusted to Fujian-funded enterprises as well as the chain franchise. Moreover, the degree of their cooperation is higher than that of the earlier "enclave mode". Therefore, the paper argues that a deep and effective equity cooperation mode should be promptly established in the cooperation between Taiwan and Fujian service enterprises, high-quality talents in the service industry in Taiwan be accurately introduced and high-end modes such as "creating brand" and "opening up the world market together" be upgraded.
