基于POI數(shù)據(jù)的昆明中心城區(qū)餐飲業(yè)空間分布格局研究

摘要: 昆明城市商業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)正在向多中心空間結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展,餐飲業(yè)的空間分布格局對其具有重要影響.基于2018年昆明市中心城區(qū)36 891條餐飲興趣點(point of interest,POI)數(shù)據(jù),利用核密度分析、局域Getis-OrdG~*_i指數(shù)法和地理加權(quán)回歸模型,研究昆明餐飲業(yè)的空間分布格局、餐飲活動熱點區(qū)域及其空間分布影響因素.結(jié)果表明:昆明餐飲業(yè)空間分布不均衡,初步形成多中心發(fā)展的空間分布格局;顯著性熱點連片集聚于"老城區(qū)",新城區(qū)還未形成傳統(tǒng)意義上的餐飲熱點;住宅小區(qū)數(shù)量對餐飲業(yè)分布影響程度大于公交站點數(shù)量與學校數(shù)量,對餐飲業(yè)分布均存在一定促進作用.傳統(tǒng)"老城區(qū)"與新城區(qū)之間餐飲業(yè)發(fā)展差異明顯,餐飲業(yè)布局還需進一步引導與發(fā)展.
The urban spatial structure of Kunming is developing towards a multi-center spatial structure, and the spatial distribution pattern of the catering industry has an important impact on it. This research is based on the 36,891 catering POI(point of interest)data of the central urban area of Kunming in 2018, by using the Kernel Density Estimation, the localized index method and Geographically weighted regression model, the spatial distribution pattern of the catering industry in Kunming, the hotspots of catering activities and the factors affecting its spatial distribution are analyzed. The results show that the spatial distribution of the catering industry in Kunming is uneven, and the spatial distribution pattern of multi-center development is initially formed; The Significant hotspots are concentrated in the"old town", and the new urban area has not yet formed a traditional catering hotspot. The influence of the number of residential quarters on the distribution of the catering industry is greater than the number of public transport stations and the number of schools, which has a certain promotion effect on the distribution of the catering industry. The difference between the traditional "old town" and the new urban area is obvious, and the layout of the catering industry needs further guidance and development.
