管理理論研究中“問題導(dǎo)向”之問題

摘要: 結(jié)合管理學(xué)的主流研究范式,對"問題導(dǎo)向"中的"問題"進行探究和梳理,指出管理學(xué)理論研究需要透過表象問題不斷追問深層次問題直至最本質(zhì)最深刻的"元問題"。同時指出,研究者尚未建立起強烈的問題意識,本土研究者在現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)話語權(quán)的弱勢以及程式化結(jié)構(gòu)化實證科學(xué)研究方法的大行其道,是"問題導(dǎo)向"仍然還成為問題的主要原因。再則,除"問題導(dǎo)向"外,"邏輯導(dǎo)向"、"理論導(dǎo)向"的研究方法亦值得重視。
This paper adopts the mainstream research paradigm of management science to explore and classify the "problems"in "problem orientation",and points out that in management theory research,we must investigate deep-rooted problems by constantly looking past the representational problems to the most essential and profound "meta-problems". In addition,it points out that researchers have not yet established a strong problem consciousness,and the weakness of local researchers' academic discursive power in modern management,as well as the popularity of stylized and structured empirical scientific research methods,are the main reasons why "problem orientation"is still a problem. Moreover,besides "problem orientation",we should also pay attention to the research methods of "logic orientation"and "theory orientation".
