智庫研究的進(jìn)展及提升路徑研究——基于24個(gè)以智庫為主題的國(guó)家社科基金課題數(shù)據(jù)

摘要： [目的/意義]國(guó)家社科基金資助的智庫項(xiàng)目是智庫研究的方向標(biāo)和重要場(chǎng)域。系統(tǒng)梳理國(guó)家社科基金智庫主題的立項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù),有利于充分把握我國(guó)智庫研究的最高水平和最新動(dòng)態(tài)。[方法/過程]以24個(gè)智庫主題的國(guó)家社科基金項(xiàng)目為樣本,從立項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)、項(xiàng)目成果、立項(xiàng)人履歷三個(gè)維度制定衡量其研究進(jìn)展的指標(biāo)體系并展開分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金立項(xiàng)指南對(duì)智庫研究的引導(dǎo)性不強(qiáng),立項(xiàng)主題滯后于國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略、立項(xiàng)成果影響力明顯不足、立項(xiàng)專家缺乏對(duì)智庫的持續(xù)性研究,未來以智庫為主題的項(xiàng)目研究需要以解決上述問題為目標(biāo)進(jìn)行提升。
[Purpose/Significance]The think tank projects funded by the National Social Science Fund(NSSF) implies the direction and important fields of think tank research. A systematic review of the NSSF data of the think tank themes projects is conducive to fully grasping the highest level and the latest development of China's think tank research.[Method/Process]Taking the NSSF think tank-related research projects as a sample, an index system for measuring the progress of think tank research was developed and analyzed from the three dimensions of project data, project results and director's resume.[Result/Conclusion]The research found that the guidelines of the NSSF are not very instructive for think tank research. The project themes lag behind the national strategy, the impact of the projects output is obviously insufficient, and continuous research on think tank by the project directors is lacking. Future think tank project research needs to solve the above problems.
