組織中的正念:基于認(rèn)知的動(dòng)態(tài)衍生過程及干預(yù)

摘要: 正念是個(gè)體、團(tuán)隊(duì)和組織共有的屬性。認(rèn)知過程取向的正念在個(gè)體、團(tuán)隊(duì)及組織層面表現(xiàn)為對信息的加工處理。依托信息加工理論,基于認(rèn)知的正念在組織中各層面的衍生過程可從4個(gè)階段(刺激-覺知-識別-反應(yīng))進(jìn)行解析,其干預(yù)可依據(jù)衍生過程中的注意力與互動(dòng)等關(guān)鍵要素入手。未來研究可發(fā)掘儒釋道傳統(tǒng)文化以發(fā)展認(rèn)知取向正念的心理學(xué)內(nèi)涵,檢驗(yàn)不同層面正念衍生過程及基于認(rèn)知干預(yù)的有效性,并嘗試構(gòu)建個(gè)體-團(tuán)隊(duì)-組織正念遞進(jìn)補(bǔ)充與反哺機(jī)制。 Mindfulness is a common attribute of individual, team, and organization. Cognition-oriented mindfulness is the processing of information at different levels of organization. Based on the information processing theory, the derivation process of mindfulness shows four stages, namely, stimulus, awareness, cognition, and response. Future research should explore the Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism traditional culture to develop psychological connotation of cognition-oriented mindfulness, test the effectiveness of derivation process and interventions at different levels of organization, and try to develop the progressive supplement and feedback mechanism of mindfulness.
