不完全預(yù)防性維修條件下保修決策模型研究

摘要: 為了降低保修費(fèi)用,提出新型保修策略。在考慮不完全預(yù)防性維修的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了將廠家和用戶進(jìn)行兩種不同維修程度的預(yù)防性維修工作進(jìn)行組合,以保修費(fèi)用為研究對(duì)象,建立相應(yīng)的決策模型。通過(guò)算例證明該模型可以降低保修費(fèi)用,給出了適用范圍。最后,對(duì)部分影響因素進(jìn)行了敏感性分析。 A new warranty strategy was proposed to reduce the maintenance cost. On the basis of considering incomplete preventive maintenance,this paper proposed to combine two different levels of preventive maintenance work between manufacturers and users,taking maintenance cost as the research object,and established corresponding decision-making model. The example proves that the model can reduce the warranty cost,and gives the scope of application. Finally,the sensitivity of the influencing factors was analyzed.
